Corey started his career as a real estate agent and soon leveraged his deep knowledge of the real estate market to begin building a real estate investment portfolio. When the housing market crashed during the financial recession of 2008 Corey, like many others, suffered a tremendous financial blow. The Case-Shiller home price index suffered the largest drop in history and the United States economic crisis that would be called The Great Recession was in full swing. Corey was faced with a pivotal life decision: Accept the cards he had been dealt and move on, or add to his knowledge having experienced the worst that the market can dish out and use that to come back stronger. The choice for Corey was clear.
Since then, Corey has gone on to build one of the most successful Real Estate businesses in the Twin Cities from the ground up. He partnered to create a brokerage firm RE/MAX Metro selling 60 million in real estate annually. Was able to sell that brokerage to the largest real estate brokerage in the Twin Cities, RE/MAX Results. Has personally sold over 100 million worth of real estate. Has helped countless number of investors grow their own portfolios. Has accumulated a large rental portfolio and now flips multi-million dollar houses. And to this day, helps people ranging from seasoned investors to those starting out benefit from his knowledge and expertise to grow their net worth through real estate investing. While also creating the best service in the industry for his buyer and seller clients.
